The Tommy Thompson Youth Center is located on the Wisconsin State Fair grounds and I have listed some hotels near it here.

 

As always the convenience of staying in the center for $90 a night is great. They have 6 to 8 bunk beds in each room. They rooms are setup for young people that enjoy sleeping in a room that fits 12 to 16 kids. Adults are not supposed to sleep in the upper bunk so that just means you grab the upper mattress and add it to the lower bunk for a much more comfortable bed.
